A commitment to quality has always been central to our way of working at 3di. This is reflected in our company strategy, our job descriptions, our customer satisfaction surveys, our recruitment policies for technical authors and translators, our monthly management meetings and our investment in systems, standards and training.
For each project, a 3di Senior Manager is responsible for making sure that we have the optimum combination of process, people and technology in place so that we deliver to each customer's high expectations. We communicate clearly and monitor carefully.
In our most recent customer satisfaction survey in November 2008, 88% of the respondents rated the quality of the work produced as ‘above average’ or ‘excellent’.
