Develop - Using proven expertise, methods, and tools to carry out the authoring and translation of information. We use best of breed tools such as FrameMaker, RoboHelp, Word, Trados, and Catalyst. We also follow proven approaches for authoring and translation project management.

Deliver - Applying the most effective media and format to convey the information to its audience. That could include online help, compliance procedures on an intranet, an e-learning programme, or Spanish and Russian translations.
