Demonstration of Adobe AIR Help
Akshay Madan, Product Manager for Adobe RoboHelp, will be demonstrating a new technology (currently still in development) for deploying Help across multiple platforms. Called "Adobe AIR Help", its viewer supports user feedback, multiple tabs, and a powerful search capability. For more information, see Conference Sessions.
Keynote Speaker
The keynote speaker will be Professor Geoffrey K. Pullum, eminent linguist and co-founder of the Language Log. Professor Pullum will close the conference with an entertaining talk on the differences between "good" and "bad" user assistance writing. For more information, see Conference Speakers.
