New and exciting role for an experienced writer with at least 5 years experience. This is a key role as you will be the company's first technical author with a view to team expansion. Real opportunity to make your mark and mould the entire documentation process. Must have superb communication skills - both verbal and written.
Experience of producing end-user help for ERP / CRM type business applications is essential. Previous experience using LearningGuide toolset would be advantageous but good general usage of modern publication tools is preferred.

Due to expansion, our client is looking for a senior author to produce user guides aimed at a technical end audience - both software and hardware. Must be able to work to tight deadlines and be comfortable gathering information form software developers and test engineers.
Knowledge of FrameMaker, RoboHelp and graphics/DTP tools preferred. Will be working alongside another senior author. Any experience within the telecommunications or wireless networking sector is a real plus.

Our client is looking for a pioneering UX all-rounder, with solid experience of working in a software development environment.
As the successful candidate, you will have expertise in interaction design; creating usable, intuitive interfaces for data-heavy software applications. This must be coupled with strong visual design and wire-framing skills, including creating prototypes in HTML/CSS. Your experience will also include user research and testing prototypes and completed products on end-users.
You will also need to be able to demonstrate an ability to influence technically minded colleagues and be a catalyst for change. Candidates who are committed to keeping up to date with trends and research – for example, through attending UX events or being a member or a relevant professional association – will be particularly attractive.
